The OBF 4500M is a flight-type dishwashing machine with left-side water inlet and integrated drying system, rated for 4500 plates per hour. Designed for high-volume commercial kitchens, it features dual wash and rinse cycles (55–60°C wash, 80–85°C rinse), stainless steel washing arms, and IPX5 protection. Electric-powered (67.5 kW, 400V 3NPE), 6020 mm long.
